Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, he is a professional thief who enters the subconscious of his targets and steals information. It is said that placing someone else's idea into a target's subconscious will have their criminal history erased in exchange for it. Most importantly, he will be able to return to his children. But this time, Cobb and his team have to place an idea outside of what they usually do. In other words, they will make a "Start". Cobb is asked to form a new team. Cobb also tries to build a good team this time. Dream and reality are intertwined in the movie. The audience feels like they are in the dream and when the dream ends, they realize that it is a dream. In this study, it is aimed to examine the movie Inception within the scope of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CCT). The aim of CBT is to increase psychological flexibility in people. In CBT, psychological flexibility is being fully aware of the present moment and adapting to the environment along with one's values. The opposite of the psychological flexibility model is the concept of psychological rigidity. Examples suitable for these concepts are included in the movie. In this study, the document analysis method was used. As a result, it is predicted that this film, which contains appropriate examples about contacting the moment and living in terms of values, will benefit the psychological counseling process in the context of KKT
