Plagiarism Policy

The following rules are accepted by all authors submitting an article.
Our journal adopts the international ethical standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to prevent plagiarism and ethical misconduct.

  • For each article submitted to our journal for publication, the author(s) are primarily responsible for conducting a similarity check using programs such as Crossref Similarity Check, Turnitin, or iThenticate, and uploading the similarity report to the system.

  • At any stage of the process, Section Editors may conduct additional similarity checks using Crossref Similarity Check, Turnitin, or iThenticate.

  • The overall similarity rate should not exceed 20%, excluding references and methodology sections. Articles with a similarity rate above 20% will be returned to the author(s) without entering the peer review process. In such cases, authors may revise and resubmit their manuscript within 1 month.

  • The similarity rate from a single source must be less than 6%.

  • Section Editors reserve the right to check for similarity during or after the peer review process.

  • Regardless of the overall similarity rate, if any expressions or blocks of text taken from another source without proper citation are detected, the manuscript will be returned to the author(s) without being considered for evaluation.
